Overthinking → Write
Uninspired → Read
Scared → Take a risk
Stuck → Walk
Tired → Sleep
Confused → Ask
Frustrated → Move
Burned out → Take a day off
Impatient → Review progress
Unmotivated → Remember your “why”

I’ll add more:

Procrastinating → Start ridiculously small
Imposter syndrome → Review your skill/competency level
Uncertain → Act either which way to get more data
Undecided → Flip a coin, the outcome will show which you truly prefer
Distracted → Delete apps
Too busy → Review calendar, keep what energizes you, drop what drains you
FOMO → Reflect on what you have
Perfectionism → Realise nobody cares
Fear of failure → Realise nobody cares (perfectionism is just fear of failure in disguise)
Forgetful → Stop trying to remember. You’ll remember what you truly need.
