Hydrogen water

Who says you have to wait until Christmas to give or receive gifts? Today, I took delivery of a gift from my girlfriend. She says I’m difficult to buy gifts for because I’ll usually just buy what I want. In this instance, I gave her a suggestion: a hydrogen water bottle from Ion Bottles.

I’ve written about the benefits of molecular hydrogen in a previous newsletter. TL;DR - There are several benefits:

The website links all sorts of scientific studies demonstrating the benefit of hydrogen water. The great thing is that it’s all-natural. H2 is the smallest molecule in the universe, and our bodies know exactly what to do with it.

You can purchase tablets that generate molecular hydrogen from Hydrotab and other vendors. The tablets have the advantage of creating more hydrogen than the water bottle. On average, one tablet generates about 8-9 parts per million (ppm), whereas the water bottle generates about 3 ppm. Of course, the problem when you run out of tablets is you have to buy more. With a water bottle built with technology that can generate hydrogen water on the fly, I think I’ll be drinking a lot more of it.
