July 2025 wrap-up

I said I want to do calm shipping at the start of July, and I think I did"

Calmly building a new SaaS and business.
Calmly pushing forward, a tiny laughable bit every day.
Calmly in my lane, doing my own thing, on my own rules and pace.
Calmly sharing and building in public, not trying to impress anyone or try to go viral.

No launch yet though. But managed to get 60% done on my new customer support SaaS, on a new PHP tech stack. Yet, just on the tail end of the month, I feel like I’m losing steam.

Perhaps just busy with work.
Perhaps not enough self-care.
Perhaps it’s all the projects – new SaaS, old SaaS, learning driving, researching new cities to live in, visas, keto, fasting.
Perhaps just too many things, ideas, thoughts about life direction going on at the moment.

But that’s the whole point of calm shipping - it doesn’t matter the speed, as long as there’s consistent progress.

Even if inconsistently consistent.
