Jun 2025 wrap-up

The planets have finally aligned.

✅ I start to feel restless. Wanting to do something. Anything.
✅ I start to get bored. Rest is nice when you need it. Boring when you don’t.
✅ I start to feel wake up easier. No snoozing, no wake inertia.
✅ I start to need less naps. Or sleep. Or rest.
✅ I start to get ideas coming in that I can’t stop thinking about.
✅ I start to want to be creative, and play in my creativity.

Happy to report, I can see six out of the six signs of burnout recovery.

Burnout since February. It’s end of June now.

Five fking months.

Damn.

About time! In those five months, I diligently, practised self-care. I think now it’s part of my daily habits. I enjoy self-care now. No reason for it to stop. Ever. Because I really don’t want to look at Time Hop the same time next year and see that I’m in burnout mode again.

June had been hectic but fun. Two trips - Japan and Batam. And lots of new input on life direction.

Time to start plotting a different life.

Onwards!

Great feeling, isn’t it? I’m curious what you’ll be doing differently RE plotting a different life. Maybe some D.R.E.A.M. goals?
