I’m very new to gym life and have always heard gym-goers hating leg day but I can’t tell why. I LOVE leg day! I love every day at the gym where I push myself to feel my muscles ache. Even the day after where my flexibility and mobility are limited it feels great.
I feel like I’ve neglected my body for a long time and have forgotten many of my muscles even existed, so feeling them makes me feel alive.
Is there something I’m missing about leg day? Do people find it boring because the muscles aren’t that visible to others?
I don’t get it, but I’m glad I love it.
