Manifesting a new career

On December 7th, I wrote the following on an index card:

Each night before going to sleep, I picked up this index card and read it aloud nine times. An executive leader with LifeWave recommended this ritual to leverage the brain's reticular activation system. You can think of it as programming the subconscious. At the time, I had only recruited one brand partner, and I would require a total of four brand partners to achieve the rank of Manager. 

I am happy to say that I signed up my fourth person today and fulfilled all requirements to reach the rank of Manager almost eleven weeks to the day after I joined the company. I have earned a total of $545 YTD in commissions.

The next rank is Director, which requires sponsoring two additional brand partners and having two managers under me. Working up the ladder to higher ranks will require less personal activity and more team building. I find it ironic that the next rank will be the same title I gave up (Client Director) at the end of last year.

In addition to reaching the rank of Director, I'm also aiming to earn enough points to qualify for the incentive trip to Punta Mita, Mexico, in late April. Keeping the pedal to the metal has enabled me to cruise into 2025 with a strong wind of momentum.
