March 2026 goals

My February wrap-up already foreshadowed the goals for March:

Too much distraction.
Too much dead weight.
Too much of everything.

Time to fast.
Time to filter.
Time to focus.

Time to fly.

I walked myself into this but now I’m so annoyed angry with the situation, I want to get specific here with March goals:

  • Kill brain fog, lethargy and bloat by cutting out all junk food, no snacks, reduce to keto level carbs.
  • No more screen time before bed. Just fking go to sleep.
  • No more ‘heaty’ foods to stay away from inflammation.
  • No more gatherings, dinners, whatsoever. Fk people.

I miss the kind of momentum I was on the second half of last year. Everything felt easy, things cruised along fine, no health hiccups, time was managed well.

That’s where I want to get to. The flywheel might need time to build up momentum, so maybe just March alone is not enough. But it’ll be a start.

(But I have my kid’s birthday to host, a trip to Melaka with both sets of grandparents, crazy early starts while on vacation, a term break school holidays to survive, and a killer cough virus to recover from, so the odds are stacked up against me. But move forward I will, no matter what)
