My break time started!

Yesterday I contemplated taking next week off to focus on course and content creation. But the presentation I thought I was going to have to work on this week was already handed over to the client, so I thought: If I don’t have any urgent tasks right now, why not start my break already?
Which is what I requested yesterday!
I kicked things off with an Instastory about habit advice I strongly disagree with and invited people to try out 10 days of coaching (for free) in my approach to habit-building. I got around 15 responses and I spent a good chunk of my day yesterday guiding respondents through the basic ideas behind my approach.
Today I had an hour call with one of the coachees. I’m enjoying these interactions because they help me refine my ideas and they get me to better understand people’s struggles and aspirations so I can create more effective content and courses.
I look forward to helping out the coachees in the next 10 days and to produce more content during my break!

tl;dr - The advice was to work on developing 1 habit at a time, for 4-6 weeks. My rebuttal: Fck. That. Sht. You can work on a number of habits at the same time without feeling scattered or overwhelmed.
What was the habit advice and your strong rebuttal?
