Shipped a new tool Alt Text Checker!

I needed this tool for my freelance work, to check missing alt text of images on my client’s site. It helps with SEO. But I also wanted it to check my own sites, so I went ahead and made it.
One-shot this in 10min of vibe coding using the latest genie in a bottle - Claude Sonnet 4.
Fking amazing.
In fact, making the open graph image for the site took more time LOL.
It’s crazy how disposable yet personalized this feels. But I absolutely love building tools for myself. It’s like 3D printing my own phone stand or something.
Personalized tools are the future. In five to ten years perhaps, we’ll all just build our own software than pay for a SaaS… for the simple ones at least.
