Obstacles

When you start something new or start to wade into murky waters, of course, you will run into obstacles. As I get more focused on the goal of growing my newsletter to 10K subscribers, I'm already hitting some stumbling blocks.
First of all, so much for SparkLoop. Multiple people had given me that recommendation previously, and I had put it on my list to research. I thought it was going to be a slam dunk, only to spend a few minutes on the website and discover that it does not integrate with Substack. At this point, I'm not ready to move my newsletter to another platform, so that's the end of the road on that lead.
My next newsletter-related goal is to set up a landing page and create a free offer to promote and get more people to subscribe. I direct people to the main Be Wellthy page on Substack, but it doesn't draw the same way a landing page would. I'm going to set up the landing page in Go High Level, the CRM I recently learned about. As part of setting up my profile, I ran into another snag. Most of the calendar integration services use the standard Google Calendar, iCalendar, and Outlook. The problem is that I use Protonmail for my business email, and the Proton calendar is not supported. It looks like I will have to start from scratch and create a business Gmail account because I don't want the extra complication of relaying emails back and forth.
Nothing is a showstopper, and I shall continue my march forward.
