Quantum jumping

This week's Manifesting Mastery lesson was about Quantum Jumping. The basic premise is that multiple versions of us exist in parallel universes. Through meditative visualization, we can imagine accessing these doppelgangers to learn from them. This process allows us to open up possibilities and remove limiting beliefs, thereby changing our actions.
My notes from class:
You don’t have to believe that you are jumping into a different universe. When you pretend you are jumping into a universe and witness an alternate version of you, it opens up possibility filters.
Every thought that we have is creating reality.
Time does not exist. You are living all your lives simultaneously.
We are all one. (The Rule of One)
We exist across multiple universes.
Every action you take creates a spinoff into a different universe.

Steps for Quantum Jumping
First, you have to get your brain into alpha/theta state.
Message from doppelgänger: “Provide value”
Quantum jumping allows you to witness new possibilities that break you out of your existing cycle.
Witnessing the field of possibilities is enough to make changes.
Perform quantum jumping at least once a week.
Take action on what you see.
Your mind is choosing between a field of possibilities.
It’s okay if you cannot visualize as long as you have the thoughts.
Think broadly for doppelgängers: health, wealth, relationships
Comments
They made the point to say it doesn’t matter whether or not the premise is true. The key is in the visualization and the shift in belief about what’s possible.

Ah nice. Thanks for explaining. Love that they are transparent about it (else can start to have cult vibes).

Saw this course on Mindvalley. Interesting, but was wondering: Isn’t it just a good visualization technique around a compelling analogy?
