Revival

How do you revive a withered plant? You give it what it needs:

Sunlight
Water
Air
Fertilizer

In the right amounts.
At the right times.

Too much sun, it burns the plant.
Water at night, risk of rot.

Simple.

But this isn’t a post about plants. It’s about me, us, humans. How we heal. How we flourish.

Hopes and dreams as sunlight.
Food, water, money as sustenance.
Air as our breath, rhythm, habits.
Opportunity as fertilizer.

I’ve always held on tight to sunlight.
I starved but getting some food and water now.
And never stopped pulsing for air.

Just in wait for opportunity, now.

Maybe soon.
I hope.

I agree with your analogies, but we also literally need sunlight, proper nourishment, hydration, clean air, and grounding. There was a case of a school improving student cognitive abilities by simply installing air purifiers!
