Run down

I normally provide a lot more detail here when I attend conferences. In fact, it's a great place to take notes that I use to formulate my newsletter. There simply was not enough time this weekend, so if you want the recap, you can check out today's newsletter

I probably should have given myself a day to recover from such an event. I always forget how much they take out of me. I arrived home after eight last night, and I had to record the newsletter and get most of it written. My circadian rhythm was out of sorts, and I was too wired to get to sleep when I wanted to. As much as I preach sleep is sacred, sometimes short sleep happens to the best of us. So, I was dragging today, and that means I'll be getting to bed much earlier tonight as I get back into my routine.

My gut was disrupted to the point that I had a rare double bidet experience. In other words, I activated the bidet, which triggered another movement that required a second bidet wash.

Well, what about your fancy biohacks, you may ask. Well, if it weren't FOR the biohacks, I would be in much worse shape. Now it's time to recharge and avoid the machine breaking down.

I sometimes wonder if I’m making the most of Internal Family Systems (IFS) when I still get triggered. Then I remember how bad it used to be before and I appreciate how far I’ve come. 😄

Good ol’ IFS. BTW, I sent you a book recommendation on Telegram.
