Sept 2023 goals

I delivered my last consulting workshop for a client yesterday. I feel like a free man today.

Ok I exaggerate but it’s not far off. With the next project unconfirmed, possibly starting only in December or even 2024, the next three months is looking nice and blank calendar wise, and I’m eager to immerse back in indie hacking.

Maybe it’s time to plan a new product launch within this three months? If I miss this window of opportunity, I won’t be able to launch anything new till new year. But I don’t want to rush it for it’s own sake either. I’ve only recently got past month’s of hacker’s block, and only starting to ease back into exploration mode with a few builds. Going at my pace, based off my intuition, had worked recently and I don’t want to mess it up again.

Gotta optimize for the long game, not burn out and drop out.

So for September, my intentions are:

  • Follow my curiosity for new ideas, and follow my intuition for pacing
  • Keep going with the exploratory builds that I’ve started last month
  • Start taking analog days again for recharge and recap

Onwards!
