Successful networking event

Today, my business partner, Chef Z, and I attended a business networking event at a local bar and grill during lunchtime. It seems like a lot of networking events are held at such establishments. They aren't exactly environments that promote healthy habits, but as they say, meet people where they are.
Today was the first time I delivered the new Vital Health presentation that was revealed at the Diamond Code in Dallas. I'm a bit of a presentation snob, so I would design it differently, e.g., less text, animations, better storyline, but it is compliant. I took up the allotted time of about 16 minutes (they had a timer and everything). I'm happy to say it went well for a first-time experience. I passed out raffle cards to collect everyone's information, and I think I will join this particular group. I like that they have a chapter in Mesa near me, and I like how they are organized and open to helping people cultivate collaborative partnerships.
Now the real work begins with the follow-up. I've already set up some reminders to contact people and see if anyone is interested in getting a scan or learning more about Vital Health.
