Thanks-giving

We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in this part of the world, but I can do thanks-giving for sure. Which is pretty much in the same spirit.

I want to give thanks to health. Gone are the days of chronic ailments sucking away my strength, motivation and purpose.

I want to give thanks to family, the rock of my life, my purpose. They are the reason I wake up every day, the reason I work so hard, the reason I live for.

I want to give thanks to meaningful work with the right people, that’s right for the season of life. It’s a life-saver, a safe harbour, and a relief.

I want to give thanks to new dreams and visions being revealed to us this year, and the destination to shoot for for the next decade.

I want to give thanks to simply being here. Still here, still surviving, still going. It’s already a miracle to have that.

Thankful thankful thankful.
