The next event

I have a question that I load in my mind to keep pushing me forward: "When is the next event?" It could be a big event or small event, but the point is to have one scheduled and sooner rather than later.

The answer to the question today is a networking mixer with the Holistic Chamber of Commerce, which I decided to join as a card-carrying member. While large networking groups are great for quantity and exposure, a smaller group of people focused on the same interests would also be valuable. This will be my first event with the chamber, and I'm excited to see what opportunities will come from it.

The next BIG conference is, of course, the Biohacking Conference in Austin at the end of May. I will not be a vendor, so I will execute the same playbook as the Health Optimization Summit.  I met the owner of the Biohackers World conference, and I have a call scheduled next week on Tuesday to discuss being a vendor for that event in July in Chicago. That one is a big bet because I have not yet represented LifeWave as a vendor. I did find a local event on June 7 that would be a perfect dry run. I want to make sure all the kinks are ironed out before taking the show on the road.

What’s the likelihood there are multiple LifeWave vendors/agents at the same event?

It should be minimal, though I’ve seen it happen. In theory, the vendor should be policing the applications and only allowing one representative per brand. I can imagine if they are running low on vendors, they might allow a duplicate, which is not good for the vendors unless they are on the same team and work cooperatively.
