The turtle won

We tend to forget that in the end the turtle won.

Especially now, more than ever, when everything can be made with an AI agent; every question answered in an instant; every craving ordered and delivered under an hour, the lesson at the end of that tale couldn’t be more important.

That slow is not inefficiency.
That slow is not incompetence
That slow is not anti-productivity.

I don’t know about you but I find the most important things in life have to be worked on slowly. Relationship, health, growth, wisdom, raising kids, family life. You can’t rush a child to grow up twice as fast. You can’t get fit overnight. You don’t get wisdom from watching TED talks. There’s no shortcuts.

There’s some things worth going slow for.

Like how the turtle won.
