When I didn’t have time, I woke up early to work on my projects.
When I didn’t have money, I picked up freelance.
When consulting dried up, I switched careers.
When I didn’t have mental bandwidth, I committed code in small chunks.
When I don’t have ideas, I looked for SaaS that’s already working and profitable.
When one product doesn’t work, deprioritize or drop it, work on something new.
When I’m too tired, I learned how to power nap and biohack my sleep.
When I’m burned out, I prioritized self-care while doing the minimum commits.
