Transcending circumstances

The Middle East is a mess right now and the situation could get a LOT worse. We have no way of knowing what will happen next. BUT, sometimes you have to connect with a vision for the future despite the circumstances you’re currently living in.

I was recently reminded of this saying by Prophet Muhammad:

“If the Final Hour [i.e. end of time] comes while you have a shoot of a plant in your hands and it is possible to plant it before the Hour comes, you should plant it.”

We need to cultivate a personal commitment to planting, to building, to creating, to remaining optimistic.
