Until the wheels fall off

I had a record four ping pong sessions this week, the most recent this afternoon. Unfortunately, my marathon session today was cut short by the battery. Even when the Meta 2 and the extra headset battery are fully charged, I may be lucky to get a full three hours of play. Clearly, both batteries are showing signs of wear and tear. I told my ping pong buddy that I'd play until the wheels fall off, which happened a quick ten minutes after I said it. He encouraged me to upgrade to the Meta 3. I don't know if the marginal improvements are worth it, considering the only game I play is ping pong.

I firmly believe that gaming is my gateway to exercise. Exercise in and of itself is too boring. I don't understand people who can run miles and miles and truly enjoy it. I'm not wired that way, and at this stage of my life, I am just looking for some exercise that I'm willing to do consistently. The best kind of exercise for me is whatever doesn't feel like exercise.

I still want to add resistance training to the mix. Too bad I find it so boring.
