Zoom was a bust

I was all excited to attend the AI Surfer OS live workshop today. I invited seven people, and several showed up. Unfortunately, there was a "technical issue" with Zoom. The capacity reached 100, and it wouldn't let anyone else join. Curiously, that's the limit for the free version of Zoom. After some delay, the team announced that the Zoom meeting would be rescheduled to tomorrow.
A cynic might say, "Oh, they are just trying to scrape by with the free version of Zoom and got caught when more people showed up than they expected." I doubt it because I'm pretty sure there were more than 100 people on the original Zoom workshop that I saw. More than likely, they have multiple Zoom accounts, and the workshop link happened to be tied to a free one.
It's a bummer because people set aside time, and now the rescheduled time may or may not work. On the flip side, I have one more day to invite more people. Here is the link in case you are curious.
So funny that everyone has been dealing with Zoom since the era of Everyone's Favorite Virus™️, and I still see routine issues like this, along with the phenomenon of the person who cannot figure out how to come off mute.

Yah, I remember I started WAH before it was cool. There was some old-school consulting group that was not prepared for people working remotely. They would routinely send meeting cancellations while I was on my way into the office.

Sounds frustrating, but at least you didn’t have to travel.
