Giving up till when...?

I’m now all in on hustling hard for survival:

  • Doing training workshops,
  • Filling software dev freelancing in all of the downtime in between,
  • Indie hacking on my current products in small pockets of time at the edges of my day

I know I said I give up making any new products, but it isn’t indefinitely. At some point, once finances stabilize, I can start building again. I have to, because doing freelancing and training ain’t gonna cut it. It won’t get us out of just keeping head above water. To get to $10k/month or more, to thrive, I need to build new products.

I think once I can secure enough software freelancing gigs and a regular series of training workshops on a medium-to-long term term basis, finances will be better, and we’ll be just past survival mode. After that, I can start building again.

So here’s the game plan:

  • Secure 1-2 long term gigs for software dev freelancing
  • Secure enough training workshops (1-2 per month at least) to last the year, till early next year
  • Bonus is if I can land a consultancy gig (but bandwidth)
  • Keep growing Carrd plugins, Lifelog, Lists Kit

After that, we can talk new product.
