Grateful

I’m grateful for:

  • I’m grateful for a freelance gig as a frontend developer where the team is awesome, easy to work with, and empowers each team member to do their best work autonomously. And also learning new tricks for indie hacking from watching how this startups builds and markets.
  • I’m grateful for two freelance gigs for Carrd where the team is also awesome, also easy to work with, and also empowers each team member to do their best work autonomously. And also grateful for being able to use my skills and knowledge for something so specific.
  • To get even one of such gigs is lucky, but to get the same dynamics in all three gigs??!! Insanely fortunate. Insanely thankful for such a rare planetary alignment of opportunities.
  • I’m grateful for being able to finish work earlier. For month’s I’ve tried to shave minutes off my work. Now I found the gap. What a relief.
  • I’m grateful for being able to build back my savings. It was scarily empty for some time. At least now I got some monthly surplus to save. Before marriage/kids, savings felt like it was optional. Now it’s life critical.
  • I’m grateful for getting well and feeling healthy now, after months of coughing and flu. It’s crazy.
  • I’m grateful for getting better sleep. NGL… my sleep scores were in the pathetic 50-60% for too long. Now, I’m beginning to get 80% scores again.
  • I’m grateful for being able to afford and look forward to the family trip to Japan in June. Much awaited, and much anticipated!
  • I’m grateful for having a moment of clarity, spaciousness and awareness to be grateful. When you’re fighting for survival every minute, being able to even have one second of clear thankfulness feels impossible. So this grateful moment is a good sign.

Thankful.
Contentful.
Grateful.

When in doubt, gratitude–both intellectual and heartfelt.
