Jason's tools of the trade

Thanks to AI, I’ve been building tools non-stop. So much that I kinda lost count.

So had been mulling over building a directory site for all the tools I made:

  • Tag Checker - check semantic HTML tags
  • Alt Text Checker - check for missing alt text in your site’s images
  • Canned Support - A tool for customer support professionals to quickly preset and copy canned messages
  • Profile Picture App - Add a LinkedIn-inspired banner badge to your profile picture. Add any text, color, topic or cause, not just #opentowork.
  • GitChart - A Github chart remixer to set your own contribution levels & colors to your Github commits contribution chart.
  • Writing Prompts - Writing prompts for daily writing. Get a random prompt for your daily writing or journaling inspiration.
  • Writing emoji copypaste - copy and paste the writing emoji
  • Plug emoji copypaste - copy and paste the plug emoji
  • To do list - throw-away to-do lists
  • Invoice builder - generate an invoice using this form
  • Maker Calc - A MRR calculator for makers. How many customers does it take for an indie maker to reach ramen profitability?
  • Lists Kit - A simple HTML template for business directories
  • PSI.SG - Check air quality in Singapore
  • UVindex.SG - Check UV index in Singapore
  • Care Costs Calculator - Calculate long-term healthcare costs that’s not government-subsidised when caring for your loved.
  • VisualAid - A volunteer project to enable better communication between healthcare workers & migrant workers affected by COVID-19.
  • Keto List Singapore - Singapore’s local directory of more than 100 LCHF, keto-friendly establishments.

I could use my very own Lists Kit directory template to set it up. House them all under a fun .tools domain, like jasonstrade.tools. Or just plain and simple jasonleow.tools

Could be part of personal brand and a bit of dev resume too. It’s just easier to point people to the tools I guess. Even just listing it here had been educational and interesting!

What do you think? Most importantly, what should I call it?!

Comments
