March 2026 wrap-up

At the start of March, I was very specific about what I wanted to achieve for the month:

  • Kill brain fog, lethargy and bloat by cutting out all junk food, no snacks, reduce to keto level carbs.
  • No more screen time before bed. Just fking go to sleep.
  • No more ‘heaty’ foods to stay away from inflammation.
  • No more gatherings, dinners, whatsoever. Fk people.

…(But I have my kid’s birthday to host, a trip to Melaka with both sets of grandparents, crazy early starts while on vacation, a term break school holidays to survive, and a killer cough virus to recover from, so the odds are stacked up against me. But move forward I will, no matter what)

Now at the end of all the odds faced, I can say I’m feeling better. Much much lesser brain fog, lethargy, bloat, screen time, inflammation, gatherings.

Back to school.
Back to routines.
Back to normalcy.

Everything get easier when you don’t have to fight the external environment. And the body remembers that rhythm and stops screaming, and slowly quiets down, settles down.

A calm body is a happy body.
A happy body is a calm mind.

I passed, this month. Phew.
